I remember my first day at the gym. How nervous I was and how eager and pressured I felt to perform like everyone around me! What’s more, I felt embarrassed and fearful. But fortunately for me, these were the good old days when we used to have an induction class when you joined a gym for the first time!
Large gym chains and/or boutique fitness studios are all about inclusiveness! Of course, nothing’s wrong with inclusiveness until you mix up a complete beginner, a senior citizen, a pregnant woman and an advanced fitness/enthusiast in one class!
We therefore understand how important it is for a complete beginner to have all the help they need from the get go! We also realize how important it is to have a comfortable space in which to build their skill and knowledge base in fitness as well as their self- confidence!

The 40 Plus group
Today, some of the 40-something-year-olds are just beginning their fitness journey and/or returning to fitness/yoga after a long break.
Although a 40-something-year-old could definitely train like a 20-something-year-old, one has to ask the question, how long can it be sustained for?
I myself train very hard. In fact harder than I probably did when I was in my 20s! My body has adapted over the years so I can go hard. I consider myself very fit with no issues with thyroid, cholesterol or blood sugar etc. However, to my shock and horror, I still could not escape the sudden weight gain I recently experienced despite my high intensity training!
After doing a lot of research on a changing biological body or an aging one, it made perfect sense to update and/or change my training methods and re-start my fitness journey all over again as a 40 something year old!

- Personal Training for 40+! Targeting fat burn, muscular strength and to increase stamina/energy;
- 12 week fitness program for complete beginners – for mobility, agility, flexibility and strength
- Early morning Meditation and Dynamic Yoga classes;
- Lunch time Yoga classes – 4 styles
- Evening Yin Yoga fusion classes for deep connective tissue release, throughout the week and weekends to include lunch time and evening;
- Bi monthly workshops; and
Our space is small and informal in which you can practice comfortably and with ease! It is an airy small studio with mirrors. We provide water and towels during classes and refreshments after the class.
We are located about 12 minutes from Ealing Broadway underground/over-ground station and about 7 minutes from Ealing Common underground Station!
